Summer Happy Hour at the Empire Hotel Rooftop Bar!

Hello Chamber Music Lovers!

Please join us and the New York Opera Meetup for a mid-week happy hour at the Empire Hotel's new rooftop bar! This is a great opportunity for us to get together and know each other better over a drink or two while enjoying a summer evening and fantastic view of Lincoln Center.

When:

7:00PM - 9:00PM

Venue and Costs:

The Empire Hotel's rooftop bar has both outdoor space with a few tables and ample mingling room as well as a spacious, loungy interior. There's music inside (not ear-splitting), but conversations can be held in the quieter parts of the lounge and outdoors. This is a rooftop bar, so expect drinks to be in the $8 - $15 range (beers at the lower end, wines in the middle and exotic drinks at the high end).

DRESS CODE:

Upscale bar attire, i.e., it'll be the after-work crowd. Casual is fine, but NO jeans, sneakers, sandals, sleeveless t-shirts, or flip flops :o))

Finding the Hotel and Rooftop Bar:

The hotel is located on West 63rd Street just across from Lincoln Center and Dante Park, between Broadway and Columbus Avenue. Upon entering the hotel lobby, the elevators directly to your RIGHT will take you up to the rooftop bar.
